Returns & Exchanges

At Terractive, we want to ensure your gear supports your peak performance, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all athletic equipment and apparel. All returned items must be in their original condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Terractive account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and print your prepaid shipping label.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective inserts and documentation are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Affix the prepaid label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a free pickup through our portal.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return for quality assurance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
